It's micronized granulation suits well in powdered blends without risks of de-blending and provides unique texture properties.
The characterization of the GELI'MATE's viscosity building properties in comparison traditional "Instant" or cold-water-soluble gelatin type shows its advantages in view of firmness and gelling speed.
