Therefore, in addition to the traditional powdered form, Vitagel® Gelatin Hydrolysates are also available in an agglomerated form offering even more advantages. Agglomeration significantly improves the product’s solubility, wettability and pourability. The process of agglomeration creates a fine granulate with a consistent grain structure. This allows dust-free handling of the product. The dietary, technological and sensory properties of agglomerated Vitagel® Gelatin Hydrolysates are in no way negatively affected.
